Capital Advisors has managed the Real Estate Investment Fund "Capital Advisors Fundación Parques Cementerios" since May 2015, a fund whose main asset is 100% of the property of "Grupo Nuestro Parques". This is one of the main cemetery park operators in Chile, with 4 cemeteries in the Metropolitan Region, one in La Serena and one in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia.

During these years Capital Advisors has executed a business plan that has allowed the company to expand its operations, incorporate new lines of business and make its operations more efficient. Today the company has a highly experienced professional team that will allow it to continue its growth and positioning in the industry.

Additionally, the Fund has participated in the development and acquisition of different real estate assets, totaling more than US $ 145 million of real estate investment.

Capital Advisors structured a second investment fund, "Capital Advisors Real Estate Office II", in order to continue capturing business opportunities in the real estate office market in the United States, also in association with "America’s Capital Partners".

The Fund, managed by Capital Advisors Administradora General de Fondos, was registered with the Superintendency of Securities and Insurance in April 2015 and is aimed at Institutional and Qualified Investors. It lasts for 7 years.

The Fund invested ~ US $ 180m in assets spread over 4 buildings; 2 in Atlanta, Georgia, 1 in Dallas, Texas and 1 in Denver, Colorado, with more than 101,000 m2 under management.

Fund with the main objective of investing in shares, rights or debt instruments of real estate companies that invest directly or indirectly in the real estate business consisting of the acquisition of non-residential national real estate, to carry out the development, construction, operation, marketing of new neighborhood shopping centers or strip centers, and their subsequent sale and, in neighborhood shopping centers or strip centers already built with opportunities for improvements in their value or performance, for their subsequent marketing and sale.

The Fund's objective is to invest in private debt securities issued by the Chilean company MdP II SpA, Single Tax Identification Number 77,959,181-6 (hereinafter, the 'Company'). In turn, the Company will invest in shares and private debt securities issued by Muelles de Penco S.A., Single Tax Identification Number 91,577,000-2. Muelles de Penco S.A. is the owner and operator of the Muelles de Penco port terminal, located in Penco, Bío Bío Region, Chile.

The Fund’s main purpose is to invest in privately held corporations or joint-stock companies that invest, directly or indirectly, in the development, construction, operation, and exploitation of port infrastructure, businesses, and services, including the purchase and leasing of land for the development, expansion, and operation of such infrastructure (the “Companies”).
